Amenity Design Sketches

Below is a series of sketches showing the progression of the commercial space, as well as changes to the balcony design that emphasize vertical movement and celebrate the greenhouse mass above.

The commercial/amenity space can be visualized as three stacked volumes, each being smaller than the last. The ground floor commercial space, and largest volume, has entrances denoted by the blue arrows. The subsequent two volumes hold the amenity space, and the difference in volume creates two terraces spanning the West and South sides.
